K.P. Yohannan

kp-yohannan-sharingDr. K.P. Yohannan has been crisscrossing the globe for the last 40 years, challenging the body of Christ to discipleship. His call to a radical lifestyle—with an all-out commitment to Jesus—has left its impact on nearly every continent. To the Church caught up by the tidal waves of compromise and self-preservation, Yohannan's life message is as fresh as today's podcast yet as timeless as the scriptural mandate itself.

Yohannan is the founder and international director of Gospel for Asia, a Christian mission organization that has brought the Good News of Christ to millions in South Asia over the last three decades.

Born in India, Dr. Yohannan, at the age of 16, responded to the Lord's call to serve Him in North India. In 1974, he came to the United States, where he received his theological training and pastored a church for four years.

chucknanChuck Missler raised in Southern California demonstrated an aptitude for technical interests as a youth. He became a ham radio operator at age nine and started piloting airplanes as a teenager. While still in high school, Chuck built a digital computer in the family garage.

His plans to pursue a doctorate in electrical engineering at Stanford University were interrupted when he received a Congressional appointment to the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis. Graduating with honors, Chuck took his commission in the Air Force. After completing flight training, he met and married Nancy. Pastor Chuck Smith

pastorchuckIn 1965 Pastor Chuck Smith started his ministry at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. Beginning with a mere 25 people, he saw God bless his simple, yet consistent style of teaching straight through the Bible.

Today Calvary Chapel draws over 10,000 attendees weekly. With a genuine heart for the lost, Pastor Chuck made room in his ministry for a generation of hippies, surfers, and drug addicts. This generated a stirring of the Holy Spirit, which spread from the California coast to the Atlantic and beyond. This movement was instrumental in bringing thousands of young people to Jesus Christ during the 60s and 70s in what was known as the Jesus People Movement.

Pastor Chuck can be heard on KSGR at 8:00AM and 6:30PM Monday Through Friday.

Bob Coy

Bob-CoyOver 30 years ago, my life was dramatically touched and transformed by God. As I was searching for meaning and fulfillment on the Las Vegas strip, I found it through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. That relationship grew, and as it did, I began to sense God's plan for my life...A plan that included my wife, Diane, and I moving to South Florida to start a church that would eventually become Calvary Chapel of Fort Lauderdale.

A quarter of a century later, that simple step of faith in what God wanted to do with my life has led to a ministry that continues to impact countless lives around the world. On behalf of the entire leadership team here at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, we hope this ministry helps you discover the plan God has in store for you. And as you discover His purpose for your life, we pray you would also experience the joy of seeing Him accomplish and complete the good work that He has begun in you.

"He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ." Philippians 1:6 (NKJV)
